Human Ressources Technician

Summary:

Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, we are seeking a dynamic and organized Human Resources Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding of new employees, and candidate tracking. Additionally, you will plan and coordinate training needs and manage various administrative tasks related to human resources. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Recruitment:

  • Conduct phone interviews with candidates. Conduct interviews for open positions. Ensure the integration of new employees into the company. Track candidates and maintain an up-to-date database.

Training:

  • Plan and assess employee training needs. Identify and collaborate with training providers to organize suitable sessions. Inform workers and supervisors about training opportunities and obligations.

Administration and Communication:

  • Manage employee group insurance and address their questions on the subject. Draft disciplinary notices, internal communication memos, and other necessary administrative documents. Respond to various employee questions regarding human resources. Participate in employee vacation management, including coordinating and approving leave requests.

Desired Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (French and English). Ability to conduct interviews professionally and effectively. Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of human resources practices and legislation. Proficiency in computer tools and human resources management software.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations or equivalent experience.
