- Develop and implement comprehensive testing plans to ensure system functionality and data accuracy ;
- Continuously seek efficiency and effectiveness in business processes through existing systems and recommend suitable strategies ;

Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or equivalent ;
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business process improvement and engineering ;
- Experience in ERP systems implementation ;
- Experience in the manufacturing and distribution sectors ;
- Class 5 driver's license ;
- Verbal and written bilingualism ;
- Able to travel throughout Quebec and Ontario ;
- Analytical skills and strong judgment ;
- Ability to manage projects ;
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines ;
- Able to deal with ambiguity ;
- Recognized leadership, interpersonal relationship skills, communication, and teaching abilities.
